Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for products and services provided by Arthur Geisari and Oferta Finance (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We follow EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive and GDPR.

1. General Rule (Default Policy)

Unless clearly and explicitly stated otherwise on a specific product page, all sales are final.

Digital products, downloadable materials, frameworks, toolkits, quizzes, diagnostics, webinars (live or recorded), and online training sessions are non-refundable by default.

This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive for digital content delivered immediately.

2. Digital Products (Default: No Refunds)

Upon purchase you receive immediate access to digital materials, therefore these products are non-refundable unless a specific product page explicitly mentions a different refund option.

If a product includes a special refund guarantee, it will be clearly stated on that product’s page.

3. Live Workshops / Webinars

Refunds are only provided if explicitly stated on the event page.
If not stated, the default rule applies: no refunds.

For events that do allow refunds, they must be requested at least 24 hours before the event begins.

4. 1:1 Advisory, Calls, Consulting

All consulting sessions, 1:1 programs, Clarity Intensives, and advisory calls follow the default rule unless a written exception is made.
Scheduled sessions are non-refundable once booked.

Rescheduling may be available depending on the product description.

5. Technical Problems

If you experience access issues or technical problems, we will:

• re-send the materials
• restore access
• or provide alternative delivery

Technical issues are not grounds for a refund, but we will fix them promptly.

6. Exceptions

Any exceptions will be:

• clearly stated on the product page,
• outlined in the checkout terms,
• or provided to you in writing.

If no exception is stated, the default no-refund rule applies.
