All intellectual property (text, frameworks, videos, guides, graphics, presentations, or processes) belongs exclusively to Arthur Geisari and is protected under EU copyright law.

3. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or Kajabi Payments).
By purchasing, you confirm:
• you are authorized to use the payment method
• all payments are final unless a specific refund policy applies
• taxes/VAT may be added based on your location
If a payment fails, access to the product may be paused until resolved.
4. Refunds
Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms.
Default policy:
All digital products, downloads, frameworks, toolkits, diagnostics, quizzes, and recordings are non-refundable, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
If a product explicitly offers a refund option, it will be clearly stated on that product’s page.
If not stated, no refunds apply.
5. Advisory Calls, Consulting & Programs
All 1:1 calls, consulting, intensives, and long-term advisory follow the default no-refund rule.
Rescheduling options may be available depending on the specific program guidelines.
Delays, cancellations, or missed sessions by the client are fully the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Live Events & Workshops
• Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• If a refund is offered, it must be requested at least 24 hours before the event.
• We may record events for training and internal quality purposes.
7. Disclaimer: Not Financial Advice
All content, advice, frameworks, strategies, and tools are educational.
We do not provide:
• investment advice
• legal advice
• tax advice
You are responsible for your financial decisions. Results vary depending on your execution, market conditions, and business model.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by EU law:
• We are not liable for financial losses, missed opportunities, rejected loan applications, or business outcomes.
